For example, an agent produces $2,500 of paid, commissionable life premium, they would qualify for a FREE Kindle. Or, if that agent produced $50,000 of annuity premium, they would qualify for a FREE Kindle Fire. If that same agent produced $2,500 of life premium AND $50,000 of annuity premium, they would still qualify for the FREE Kindle Fire (but not both a Kindle and Kindle Fire).

Rules

1. All applications must be dated during December, 2011.
2. All transfers and exchanges must be paid within 60 days, no later than March 2, 2012.
3. Any combination of annuity policies count for annuity premium, as long as the total premium paid by December 31 equals the published production amount required for the award. 
4. Life premium on paid life cases only (annualized). All 1035 exchanges must be paid within 90 days.
5. Any combination of commissionable life policies from the production list count for life premium. For UL and Index UL, Target Premium counts 100%. Excess UL premium and whole life PUA premium counts 1%.
6. Agents may only qualify for one award.
7. No substitutions. A 1099 for the value of the award will be issued to recipients.
8. Production requirement are for agents with a W2 General Agent contract. Agents on other contracts should call for their production requirements to qualify.
9. Agent must be in good standing with 85% premium persistency.
