For example, an agent produces $10,000 of paid, commissionable target life premium, they would qualify for a FREE copy of InsMark System, plus a year of the required maintenance fee. The current retail price is $129, and the required maintenance is $5 per month, for a total value of $189.

Rules

1. All applications must be dated during January and February, 2012.
2. All policies must be issued, delivered, and paid for no later than April 15, 2012.
3. Target premium on paid life cases will be annualized. All 1035 exchanges must be paid within 90 days of issue. 
4. No substitutions. A 1099 for the value of the award will be issued to recipients.
5. Production requirement are for agents with a W2 General Agent contract. Agents on other contracts should call for their production requirements to qualify.
6. Agent must be in good standing with 85% premium persistency.
7. In the event of a tie for the first to qualify book bonus, the agent that produces the most target premium during the contest period will break that tie.
